3.      In case of treated and glass filled gems, we are not responsible for any damage or scratches.

4.      Replacement applies to buyer who confirms as the gems stone received in satisfactory condition and if in future the buyer wants to Exchange the stone, it will be applicable for the amount above INR 7000(Seven thousand).

5.      Actual product colour as per photo displayed may vary as per computer resolution. Anmol Gems makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on its website as accurately as possible. However Anmol Gems cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product color, texture or detail will be accurate. Anmol Gems does not warrant that product description or other content are accurate, complete, reliable current or error free.

6.      We are not responsible for any Duties, Vat etc. that your state may be charging in extra because we cannot control or pay for any duties or VAT in your state, as they vary from case to case and are beyond our reach.

10.  The returned product should be accompanied with original certificate, original/copy of invoice, packing, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc. Without any original document the claim will not be entertained.

The commercial endeavours include providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to or otherwise. Anmol Gems shall be entitled to recover from you, which you have gained with penalty by unauthorized use of this site. 17.  All local charges shall be borne by the Member. Recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty.

18.  Return/ Exchange of the products are only applicable if full unboxing video proof is provided by the buyer.Return/ Exchangeare only applicable from 14 days after the delivery of the product with all contents and video proof. Please ensure that you record the video clearly where all the products can be seen clearly from the beginning of the unboxing to the end. In case of failure of any kind or unclear video, the return/ exchange process will not be initiated.
