Shipping (Shipping in India)

We provide free shipping all over India on orders
above INR 2000.
2.
Orders below INR 2000 will be charged as per the
location and rates applicable by our delivery partners.
3.
It usually takes 6 to 7 working days to deliver the
parcel once dispatched.

We will provide you tracking details of your order
once dispatched.
5.
You can track your orders on our website in My
Orders Section and we will also send you email regarding your order status.
6.
Express delivery is done through our delivery
partners.
7.
Shipping cost varies depending upon the location.

Usually takes 2 to 3 working days for express
deliveries to deliver the order.
Note: We ensure that your product reaches you in the
shortest possible time.The delivery date is tentative and subject to change.
Shipping Charges & Method of shipping can also change subject to
availability and convenience.
Normal
delivery & refund schedule will not be applicable for goods sent through
Speed Post.
In case of
prepaid orders with non-serviceable pin codes, returns would have to be
initiated by the customers themselves.
For Rural pin
codes served by India Post, the delivery may take up to 30 days. We will
not be liable for any delays in delivery.Normal

COD:
As per the courier logistics, COD
amount cannot exceed Rs. 49000/-. This means, that the maximum amount one can
pay on Cash on Delivery is 49000/- and the remaining amount one will have to
pay in advance.

Shipping: There are three logistics through which we send are parcels:
1. EMS:
1. Cost is approx $90/- (it includes payment
gateway charges and currency conversion charges by bank)
2. Usually takes 10-25 working days to
deliver the parcel once dispatched (sometimes may take longer than this).
3. It can be tracked on India Post website: www.indiapost.gov.in,
but there is delay in updates. That is, until the time the parcel reaches the
foreign country there will be an update but after that, there is delay in
updates on the website.
2. UPS:
a. Cost is approx $148/- (it includes payment
gateway charges and currency conversion charges by bank)
a. Usually takes 4 to 7 working
days to deliver the parcel once dispatched.

3. FedEx:
a. Cost is approx $243/- (it includes payment
gateway charges and currency conversion charges by bank)

deliver the parcel once dispatched.

Attention: Customer
will have to pay any custom fees, taxes, duties, etc. that their country may be
charging at the time of delivery of the parcel.
We provide door to door delivery but in case of
unavailability of the customer, customer may have to go and pick it up.
Note: We
are not responsible for any delay in shipment due to hold by customs. In case
of cancelled / returned shipment by customs / International Couriers, customer
will be responsible to pay additional shipping charge for re-shipping as per
applicable. Anmol Gems is not responsible for any delay in Shipping as it is
entirely a third party concern. Any delays pertaining to delivery date or
change in delivery date by delivery partner is sole responsibility of the
respective delivery partner. However we understand to get your Gemstone(s) to
be delivered on time and hence we actively raise the concern with the available
communication channel with the delivery partner after the request of the
customer.
If there is any dispute or participation in the
Site and / or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that
all such disputes and / or disputes will be governed by the laws of India and
will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Raipur
(Chhattisgarh), India only.

1. Are there any hidden costs
(sales tax, dock, etc.)?
No, there are no hidden costs. The quantity
mentioned at the time of placing the order and the receipt of your order is
what the product costs.
2. What about custom charges, duties, etc.?
Please note that we are not responsible for any
custom fees, duties, VAT / GST, etc. that your country may be charging as these
vary from case to case and are beyond our reach. This usually fluctuates
according to their custom policies. In addition, professional buyers can also
recover VAT. It is advisable to contact the local customs for any
clarification. Also, feel free to contact us, as in some cases; we may have
older experiences of customers to share.
Also, please note that for
international orders after the shipment, if the customer rejects or cancels the
order, then the customer will be responsible for all customs duties and VAT
charged by his country, to return the items to us. Only after receipt of the
item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, customs duties and taxes,
will be refunded to the customer according to the timeline of the refund.
