At Anmol Gems, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 1. General Return & Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

1. Products must be **unused, unaltered, and in original condition**. Any signs of wear, usage, alteration, or damage will make the product ineligible.

2. Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling is **not covered**.

3. All returns and replacements are subject to **inspection and verification** by the Anmol Gems team.

4. The product must be returned with :

   * Original invoice (copy acceptable)

   * Certificate of authenticity

   * Original packaging

   * Laboratory certificates (if applicable)

   * Any complimentary items, coupons, or documentation

2. Loose Precious Gemstones

(for Emerald, Ruby, Yellow Sapphire, Blue Sapphire, White Sapphire)

   1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery (India only).

   2. Refund will be processed after inspection.

   3. Refund amount will exclude:

       * Shipping charges

       * GST

       * Certificate charges

       * Payment gateway charges

       * Service charges (₹300 per parcel)

   4. Any activity performed after delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer.

   5. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

        * If pickup is arranged by Anmol Gems, shipping and service charges will be deducted                     from  the refund.

    6. Any advance or booking amount paid for **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders is                   **non-refundable**, but may be adjusted as store credit.

 3. Loose Semi-Precious Gemstones

 

( Amethyst, Aquamarine, Citrine, Moonstone, Natural Zircon, Peridot, Tourmaline, White Topaz)

 

* These items are non-returnable.

*75% store credit may be issued, valid for 30 days, subject to inspection.

 

 4. Rudraksha (With or Without Jewellery)

* Rudraksha products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

5. Moissanite

Moissanites are non-returnable.

1. Store Credit applicable only for Round Brilliant Cut (RBC).

2. No returns on fancy shapes.

3. Returns accepted within 7 days, subject to inspection.

4. Damaged Moissanites are not eligible.

5. 70% store credit will be issued upon approval.

 

6. Precious Stone Jewellery

1. Returns accepted **within 3 days** from delivery.

2. Up to **75% of the stone value** may be refunded after inspection.

3. Deductions include:

 

   * Making charges

   * Wastage

   * Hallmark charges

   * GST

   * Service charges

   * Certificate and engraving charges

 

7. Semi-Precious Stone Jewellery

* Only the gold metal value is eligible for refund after inspection.

* Stone value and making charges are non-refundable.

 

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

* Navratna (Miniature Gems) jewellery

* Birthstone jewellery

* Rudraksha Loose Beads, Mala or jewellery

* Customized or personalized products

* Products returned after the applicable return window

 

9. Important Notes

* Gold jewellery valuation is calculated on net weight of the gold after deducting the weight of any gemstones/work.

* No extra handling, insurance, or security charges are applied.

* Refunds are processed within **7–15 business days** after receipt and inspection.

* Banks may take additional time to reflect refunds.

* No returns accepted for products shipped **outside India**.

* Jurisdiction for all disputes: **Raipur, Chhattisgarh (India) only**.

 

10. Mode of Refund

* Online payments: Refund after deduction of payment gateway charges.

* COD orders: Refund via **Bank Transfer or UPI or Store Credit (whichever is applicable)**.

* NEFT/IMPS payments: Refund through the same mode after account verification.

* No cash refunds under any circumstances.

* For exchanges, the customer must pay any price difference before dispatch.

  • Refund or credit will be calculated on **current market value or original purchase price, whichever is lower**.

11. International Orders / Export

1. No returns accepted for international shipments.

2. Export orders are processed only when:

   * Full payment is received in the respective currency

   * Currency conversion and gateway charges are borne by the customer

   * Shipping address matches the country of payment

3. Order cancellation before dispatch:

   * Refund after deduction of gateway, conversion, and service charges

   * Processing time: minimum 25 working days

 

12. Return Process (India Only)

1. Initiate a return request within the eligible period.

2. Securely pack the product with all original documents.

3. Ship through a reputed courier with transit insurance.

4. Share tracking details with our support team.

5. Anmol Gems is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

Return/ Exchange of the products are only applicable if full unboxing video proof is provided by the buyer. Return/ Exchange are only applicable from 14 days after the delivery of the product with all contents and video proof. Please ensure that you record the video clearly where all the products can be seen clearly from the beginning of the unboxing to the end. In case of failure of any kind or unclear video, the return/ exchange process will not be initiated.

 

13. Final Authority

Anmol Gems reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request after inspection.

Return & Replacement Policy (FAQ)

Effective Immediately
Applies to Loose Gemstones Purchased within India Unless Otherwise Specified

 

1. When does the return period begin?

The return period commences from the date on which the customer receives the product. Delivery confirmation shall be substantiated by our internal records and/or our shipping partner’s data.

2. Can I return one gemstone if I purchased multiple loose stones? (Applicable within India only)

Yes. Customers may return individual gemstones within 7 days of delivery. Returns of loose gemstones will not be accepted after the 7-day period has elapsed.
Upon receipt and inspection by Anmol Gems, a credit note will be issued for the approved amount and notified to the customer. Such credit may be utilized for future purchases from Anmol Gems.

3. Can I return a gemstone without the laboratory certificate or original packaging?

Returns generally require the return of all original accessories and documentation, including:

  • Original laboratory certificate(s)
  • Original invoice (or copy)
  • Packaging materials
  • Authentication/valuation documents
  • Coupons and promotional materials (if applicable)

In the absence of any such materials, the product may be deemed ineligible for return.
Under exceptional circumstances, customers may be eligible for partial credit or replacement credit at the sole discretion of Anmol Gems. Customers must contact Customer Care for assessment.

4. Can I return a gemstone that has been mounted into jewelry (ring, pendant, etc.)?

Anmol Gems does not accept returns for gemstones that have been set or customized into jewelry outside of Anmol Gems.
However, as a goodwill measure, the product may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for possible refund or partial credit.
Anmol Gems shall retain full discretion to accept or decline such returns.

5. How should I send back a loose gemstone for return or replacement?

To initiate a return:
a. Submit a return request within the valid return window and obtain a Return Authorization.
b. Ensure all original certificates, invoices, packaging, and documents accompany the gemstone.
c. Pack securely and ship via a reputed courier with transit insurance.
d. We recommend DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post. All shipping risks remain with the customer until received by Anmol Gems.
e. Some couriers may not accept jewelry or gemstones; customers may declare contents as “Artificial Jewelry” or “Astrological Product” (at customer’s own discretion and risk).
Important: Do not write “Anmol Gems,” “Gems,” “Jewelry,” or similar terms on the exterior packaging to avoid theft attempts.

6. In what condition must the gemstone be to qualify for a return?

Returned gemstones must be in unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition. Items showing signs of wear, scratches, modifications, or tampering may be deemed ineligible for return.

7. How long does the inspection and approval process take?

Once the gemstone is received by Anmol Gems, it undergoes a quality and authenticity inspection, which may take 3–7 working days. Credit notes are issued only after successful inspection and approval.

8. Are there any items that are non-returnable?

Yes. The following products are considered non-returnable:

  • Customized jewelry
  • Engraved, altered, or modified items
  • Products damaged during customer handling
  • International orders (unless specifically agreed otherwise)
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted gemstones, where mentioned as “non-returnable”

9. How will I receive a refund if my return is approved?

Approved refunds are typically issued in the form of a credit note, which may be used for future purchases from Anmol Gems. Credit notes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable into bank or wallet accounts.

10. Who is responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance costs for returns?

All return shipping, handling, and transit insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Anmol Gems shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit until formally received at our facility.

11. What happens if a return is misrepresented or fraudulent?

Anmol Gems reserves the right to reject returns and refuse credit in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, fraudulent claims, or suspected abuse of the return policy.

12. Does Anmol Gems reserve any special rights regarding returns?

Yes. Anmol Gems reserves the right to interpret, modify, or amend the Return & Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding returns are final and binding upon customers.
