  2. Orders below ₹2,000 will incur shipping charges based on the delivery location and courier partner rates.
  3. Standard delivery usually takes 6–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  4. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and will also be available in the “My Orders” section of your account.

Express Delivery

  1. Express delivery is available through our authorized delivery partners.
  2. Shipping charges for express delivery vary based on location.
  3. Express delivery orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
  4. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on courier serviceability.

2. Delivery Timelines & Exceptions

  • Delivery dates provided are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Courier partner constraints
    • Weather conditions
    • Remote or rural locations
    • Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

Rural & India Post Deliveries

  • For rural or remote pin codes serviced by India Post, delivery may take up to 30 days.
  • Normal delivery timelines and refund schedules do not apply to orders shipped via Speed Post / India Post.
  • Anmol Gems shall not be held liable for delays caused by postal services.

3. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

  • In case of prepaid orders placed for non-serviceable pin codes, customers may be required to self-initiate orders and shipping.
  • Shipping and return arrangements in such cases are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping charges and courier selection may change depending on:

    • Operational feasibility

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • As per courier logistics regulations:
    • Maximum COD limit: ₹49,000
  • For orders exceeding ₹49,000:
    • The remaining amount must be paid in advance
  • COD availability is subject to courier serviceability at the delivery location.
